I recently came in and purchased a Kawasaki Ninja 650 and worked with Carl during the process. I wasn't sure exactly which model I wanted and had a number of questions concerning engine size, cold weather maintenance, etc. Carl was extremely knowledgeable and informative, ultimately helping my find the exact motorcycle I was looking for and did so in a way that wasn't pushy or intimidating. I am an Englishman working in Fiji. On a trip to San Francisco, I saw a Triumph Thunderbird advertised at Free Ride Powersport. I contacted the store and spoke to a salesman called Johnny. He told me all about the bike and I decided to fly to Detroit to see it. I put a deposit on the bike and returned to Fiji. Johnny helped me arrange payment from abroad, and put me onto a shipping site so that I could send the bike to Florida. He was a great help and made what could have been tricky into a simple task. Both Johnny and the company deserve a massive thank you for all their help.

I was looking for bikes on Craigslist and came across a 2013 V-Rod and it was for Free Ride Power Sports. After getting the financing and talking to Johnny on the phone and getting him to send pictures of the bike I put down a deposit and drove 4 hours one way to pick it up. They were vary helpful and I didn't have to send much over an hour there. When I'm ready for a new bike I'll make the 4 hour drive again

They loaded it on my truck for us, my husband unloaded it when we got home, and I've been just about living on it ever since. Called down there talked to Carl hooked me up just bought can am 650 max xt awsome to work with went out of his way and then some for me credit wasn't greatest but got me a proved and riding my new 4 wheeler in couple days won't buy anywhere else little drive but we'll worth it txs Carl for all u did couldn't be happier and for all those who read these it's lagit.

Bought my very first Polaris ATV here. Very friendly and helpful sales rep (Carl)! Answered every question and concern I had! The service tech ( sorry, never caught his name) that prepped my ATV was also very friendly and efficient and helped me load my ATV!!
